My story
About Brendon
I started off my career as a pilot, until I got diagnosed with insulin dependent diabetes at the age of 21 and lost my pilot licenses as a result.
I've spent the last 27 years working in the information technology industry in analysis, business management and marketing. Today I'm a marketing and communications manager for information technology companies.
I like to understand, experiment and play with technologies, life-hacks, food choices, marketing approaches, business models and various ideas.
I believe we are all need to become much more adaptable to prosper in a world that is only going to change at increasingly rapid rates. This may require approaching our lives in quite different ways.
I'm also a family man, living in Wellington, New Zealand with my wife and two children.
I have a Master of Business Administration degree with Distinction, a Bachelor of Aviation degree, and various diplomas and certificates in design thinking, IT and marketing.
